With over 7 years of experience, Norma has proven herself to be a vital asset to the company, driving efficiency and innovation in every project she undertakes.

Originally from Puebla, México, Norma pursued her education in business development and innovation engineering at the Universidad Tecnológica de Puebla. She further expanded her academic horizons by attending the Université de Lorraine – Institut Universitaire de Technologie Nancy-Charlemagne, where she specialized in International Management Import/Export Gestion.

Norma’s professional journey began with a significant milestone: being selected as one of 200 scholarship recipients from thousands of applicants to participate in a mobility program at her college, which provided her first international experience in France. This opportunity not only broadened her perspective but also laid the foundation for her career in global business.

At Multi Industries, Norma thrives on the dynamic environment that the automation world offers. She values the constant movement and the chance to travel or engage in international experiences, even from her desk. Norma is particularly passionate about starting new projects and seeing them through to completion, navigating setbacks and adversities along the way. Her dedication and enthusiasm for her role are evident, having been with the company since her college days.

Outside of work, Norma enjoys a variety of hobbies, including cooking, swimming, traveling, and discovering new places and cultures. She also has a keen interest in learning new languages, which complements her professional skills and personal interests.
