Wieland Raab

Wieland Raab serves as the Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Multi Industries, bringing over 28 years of experience to his role. A native of Linz, Austria, Wieland’s educational journey led him to Germany’s Institute of Science, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Engineering as well as a Leadership & Management Degree. He further honed his skills through an engineering apprenticeship in Braunau, Austria.

At Multi Industries, Wieland is known for his expertise in optimizing operations and leveraging automation to create more efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes. His passion for connecting with people and building strong relationships is a cornerstone of his leadership style.

Outside of work, Wieland enjoys an active lifestyle with hobbies that include mountain biking, rock climbing, and watching movies. He is also a devoted fan of Liverpool Football Club and has a unique love for techno music.

Wieland is a proud father of four children, Simon, Lukas, Nicolas, and Frida, who bring joy and energy to his life each and every day.
